An At Home family Session with Blaise, Angelia, & baby Basil

Basil-46.jpg

Ethan’s cousins had a baby this past winter and because of COVID we weren’t able to see them until much later…

It’s crazy seeing photos of their new bundle of joy growing up so quickly, even now looking at these photos that we took in the summer vs. how he looks now (in fall). Which is why photos like these are so important! Being able to capture these moments of growth, pure unadulterated joy and happiness, is always a wonderful excuse to splurge and take a few family photos. Quite literally YOLO!

B&A invited us over for a backyard dinner one summer evening where after months of self-isolation we were able to catch up, take in the sun, and some fresh pizza (they have a pizza oven in their backyard- we’re jealous!). We’ve heard stories about little baby Basil leading up to this and the one that stands out for me is how serious he is, and everyone isn’t wrong! Angelia tried playing with him a bit, giving him toys, but it wasn’t until daddy Blaise came over where you can see him clearly light up!

It’s always so nice to not only see family but to able to capture these big moments for them and freeze them in time, even just for a little bit.
