(Informercial voice) Well do we have a solution for you! Whether you feel like you don’t have enough space, the right decor, or even enough light in your home, but still are really into the idea of shooting your engagement session in a cute home-like space let us introduce you to LOVT Studio!
Do you ever just meet people you instantly click with? We felt that way about Taylor & Eric when we had our virtual meet and greet, and even more so when we finally got to hang out in person. They are so genuine, easy going, and lighthearted, and exactly our type of people so it wasn’t a surprise when their engagement session ended up being just that too. They got cozy on the couch (one of which I didn’t realize moves so when I said ‘can you lean on it’ they were pretty much on the ground haha), danced in the ‘living room’, sat at the window (as one normally does, right?) and then we took a quick stroll outside before parting ways all with big big smiles on our faces.
A fun bonus of shooting in studio is it being weatherproof! It was still the beginning of spring when we shot this and it was one of those days that was warm if you’re in the sunlight and properly layered, but otherwise a bit too chilly to be comfortable outside so being warm indoors was definitely. a bonus. And this works tenfold for shooting through winter, through rainy season, or even having as a back up on your wedding day if there’s even a slight chance of rain in the forecast!
