Spending so much time inside throughout the winter months can take its toll so it's important that we find the time to get out and shoot! Fatima, Matt, and I (Stef), know each other from high school and I was so happy to see Fatima in my inbox when I put out into the universe that I was looking for a couple to hang out with and shoot just because.
Of course my brilliant idea of having this shoot came on the very last warm weekend of the year so when we went to the Scarborough Bluffs the following Sunday, to say we were freezing is probably an understatement. It was a good 10 degrees colder than last week, and even more so out by the water. We shot for maybe a grand total of 20 minutes before having to head back to our cars for warmth, but it was so worth being able to catch up and photograph these high school friends, turned lovers!

I'm not sure how we keep finding these incredible couples who so happily hang out with us on bitterly cold winter days, but I hope it doesn't stop! Thank you Fatima + Matt for coming out, and because I am in constant need of rescuing (re: the last paragraph here) thank you Fatima for lending me your gloves when I forgot mine at home *face palm*.
