L-R: Stef, Ethan, Hannah. We met in college earning our BAA’s in Photography where we spent 4 years together creating, learning, and occasionally making a group decision to not go to class. It wasn’t until we graduated that we individually wanted to shoot weddings so we decided to do it together.
All of these years later and we are still here, still best friends, and still shooting side by side.
WHAT WE LOVE MOST IS OUR ABILITY TO BE STORY TELLERS
With each wedding, family, and event that we photograph our goal is to bring your stories to life by capturing authentic and intimate moments. We love a more structured, editorial, scene if you want to feel glamorous and chic, but ultimately we love to make our clients happy by simply capturing their love, whether being a fly on the wall, giving guidance, or a little bit of both.
We aim to create an exciting and easy going photo experience that makes you feel comfortable and confident, beginning to end.

WHAT'S THE TIMELINE FOR RECEIVING PHOTOS?ANSWEr:
We like to send out a small preview of photos within a few days, and our full turnaround time for your completed gallery is within 4-6 weeks of your wedding.
Your photos will be made available via a private online gallery where you can view, share, and download all of your photos in high resolution, as well as order prints.

We have 3 instalments for payments:
A non-refundable $900 retainer due upon signing the contract
50% of your total due 4 weeks before your wedding
Your remaining balance due 4 weeks after your wedding
E-Transfer is our preferred method of payment. We also accept cheque, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and cash.

QUESTION:
how do engagement sessions work?ANSWER:
Since our time in BC is so limited we may not get the opportunity to shoot before your wedding, but just know we are absolutely up for shooting after if that works better for all of our schedules. Think of ‘engagement’ as a loose term, this could also be an adventure session to go for a sunrise hike and take some pretty photos together, or a simple couples session at sunset on the beach shortly after your wedding.

Yay we’re so excited to hear that! Connecting with our couples is really important to us so we’d love to hop onto a virtual call to e-meet and learn a little more about you both, your plans for your big day, and how we can work together.

Contract signing & retainer
When you’re ready we’ll send you a digital copy of our contract and payment breakdown to look through. Everything is online and once the contract is signed and the retainer is sent, we are all officially booked in together!

Engagement session
If you choose to shoot an engagement session the first time we’ll likely meet will be here! We love shooting these because it gives us an opportunity to get you in front of our cameras, you learn about how we shoot, and as a bonus you get photos of you together at this special time in your lives!

Wedding questionnaire
We have a fairly comprehensive questionnaire that we’ll send you ~4 weeks before your wedding. In it we’ll collect all of your final details for your day to make sure we’re on the same page about what will be happening. If you’d like we can hop onto another phone / virtual call at this point to check in.

Wedding day
We did it! This is what we’ve been waiting for!! Enjoy your day and take in every moment— as much as you can— it flies by so quickly! This is where the bulk of our work begins; we’ll hang out with you all day, we’ll cheer you on, hold your bouquet, and track down your wandering family members for photos.
A few days after your wedding we’ll send a handful of preview photos and then 4-6 weeks after your wedding your final gallery will be completed and made available via a private online gallery. At this point your final payment will be due including any additional things you may have added in like extra time, prints, books, etc.
